While I am not saying this is a bad idea, there is a mosque 3 blocks away from campus that was made by students and is run by students. While it is difficult to go there an back between classes, all 5 prayers are prayed in the mosque everyday.

My main critique of this is that this prayer room will become a substitution for going to mosque and the current mosque will be emptied out. Alot of other college campuses have prayer rooms because there is no facilities nearby to accommodate their muslim student body, but when there is a mosque only 3 blocks from campus I really feel that this prayer room isn't justified.
