Below are all the details associated with this issue:

On Thursday, January 15th, Undergraduate Student Government had our first meeting of the semester. The main topic of the evening was Mines Market. I absolutely support this. As it stands, after 7 PM Mines Market has FAR fewer options than Digger Den: only the pizza station is open, as opposed to DD's variety of meals including Pizza Hut and snacks. In addition, the single station is lower-capacity than DD, which will likely become a major issue when large numbers of students try to get food at the same time after evening tests or sporting events. I've seen lines out the door at Digger, I'd imagine they'd be even worse at Mines Market.

Finally, not everyone likes pizza. I, personally, despise tomato sauce, so for me the current system essentially means that CSM has no acceptable dining option whatsoever after 7 PM.
