As a senior, I have yet to hear anything about the FE exam. The only reason I know it's a thing is because my friend at a different school asked me if I was taking it. I have not received a single email or mention of it in any course I've taken at Mines. I saw 2 things about it on the daily blast last semester, which should hardly count as communication about something this important. I suggest that, along with graduation emails, information regarding the FE such as when and where and how much should be provided to seniors. It should also be brought up in all senior design courses.
