    But, if we were to keep freshman from receiving parking spaces, would this force off-campus freshmen to park in the surrounding Golden neighborhoods?

    Further, if the freshmen were instead forced to live on-campus and Lady Rona puts us in a lockdown again, would the freshmen's money be refunded in the form of room and board credit? (Like a Mines Residence Life gift card) What would this do to the students that intend to live off campus the year after? Their investment would have been lost.
