UPDATE:

___________________________________After the joint focus group between USG, students, and the registrar, we have come up with some solutions:
1) The registrar is developing a survey that will be sent to all students who come into the office for assistance in order to get feedback on whether they completed their job effectively and to the satisfaction of students.
2) The registrar has had two vacant positions recently, putting them slightly behind in processing. Both of these positions should be filled by the end of the month so that they can better address students’ needs.

The Golden Shuttle is a free transportation service and runs on a 30 min schedule Monday-Saturday from 6am – 6:30 pm. However, if you need to get campus not in those times, you can call them to pick you up! I am the third child in my family to go to college. My older siblings have either had on campus living all 4 years, or shuttles to nearby areas provided by the school. Mines needs to step up their game.

We shouldn't see our rent increase because of streaming services. I do not use the streaming services as I do not prefer the ones available to us. I don't want to be paying for something that I do not use.
