The wellness center is currently improving their website to allow scheduling. Unfortunately, voicemail will not work for the system they currently have. The changes to the software on their website are expected to be available to students before the end of the year.

FYI, they do have a voicemail system, and have called me back very promptly every time I have needed it. Also, almost every other doctor's office in the world is pretty much only open from 8-5 and closed for lunch. You have a break between classes, so why should the nurses be expected to work straight through the day. 40 hours a week isn't limited... that's pretty standard.
As a student who has gotten excellent service from this, I do not feel that the fee is too high. When you consider all the services and products that are available, the current fee is pretty reasonable. What doctor's office provides many needed medications free of charge?
