    Hello, I realize this is an older post but we have a bit of information. The transfer student department got restructured rather recently, and has two new full time employees who are completely dedicated to transfer students. Their names are Lisa McDowell and Kat. Hopefully with this increase in employment things have gotten better. If not, please respond and we will look in to this further. Always feel free to email us at minesusg@gmail.com.
