The Rec Center's Pool hours should be made more available during the weekdays!
I really like the rec center's pool - but its hours during the weekdays are horrible! If you can't make it around the lunch hour then you can't go until 6:30 pm...I usually work out around 2pm so I'm not going to wait around on campus for 4 hours until I can get access...No one is using the pool either which is weird....

UPDATE: We reached out to someone at the Rec Center and unfortunately the cost for the life guard is not worth the attendance that they see during the day. Sorry!

Thank you for your recommendation. During the Varsity Swimming & Diving season, the teams have practice from 2pm to 4pm (Diving) and 4pm to 6:30pm (Swimming). We will continue to work with the head coach to try to get better hours for Open Swimming, but there may not be a lot of flexibility due to practice constraints.
